The festival is made up of two tracks that you can choose from depending on your interest, experience, and needs. Before the festival, you will receive an email with information about the final program and a link where you will find all information about the festival.
Especially regarding the corona:
The festival follows regulations from the public authorities. Should there be further restrictions, which will mean that the festival cannot be completed, you will receive a refund.
The festival offers free coffee, tea and water. Food and other beverages can be purchased in the lounge area.

Find your way to the MCO MediaTech Festival in DOK5000:
MCO MediaTech Festival is located a few kilometers from Odense C. The exact address is Havnegade 20, Odense C, 5000. Odense Rundt, som can help you find the easiest way to DOK5000.
Coming from abroad? Take the train from Copenhagen Airport to Odense. If you come from abroad to Denmark, the best option is to fly to Copenhagen. From there you will find direct trains to Odense. Travel time is approx. 1 hour and 11 minutes. You book your train journey here.
It is only a 15 minute walk from Odense train station to the festival venue. If you don't want to walk you will find buses and taxis right outside Odense train station. Find the bus schedule here.
If you come by car to DOK5000 you have the opportunity to park at Parkering Tværkajen or Tolderlundersvej and Windelsvej, which is a stone's throw from DOK5000. Be aware of any signs that may occur and any private parking areas.
If you cycle to DOK5000 you can park your bike around DOK5000.
NOTE: Recommendation of bicycles in the bicycle parking is at your own risk

Troels Mylenberg is a journalist and news host at TV 2 Danmark, which is the Danish TV channel operated by the public service TV station TV 2 Danmark. Troels has a broad experience as host and great insight into the media's collaboration on Funen. He has before his time at TV 2 Denmark been development director and editor-in-chief at Jysk Fynske Medier. In addition, he has previously been head of the journalism program at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) and been a political reporter and editor at, among others, Berlingske and Weekendavisen. Yusuf Omar is a multi-award winning journalist and co-founder of Hashtag Our Stories, a TEDx speaker and former CNN Senior Social Media Reporter on Snapchat. Former mobile editor of Hindustan Times in India, here he authorized 750 journalists to tell stories with the phones. He has been a foreign correspondent with only his phone since 2010 and covered the Syrian civil war. At Hashtag Our Stories, he empowers mobile video storytelling communities around the world.

Naja Nielsen is Digital Director at BBC News, where she manages BBC News' digital and social strategy as well as editorial output across BBC News' website, apps and social media as well as other third-party platforms. Together with senior colleagues in other BBC departments, she oversees the development of the BBC's news products and the relationship with external partners.
Naja Nielsen has previously been editor-in-chief of Orb Media in Washington D.C. Prior to that, she had a long career in DR, where she worked as a reporter, presenter, editor, news director and deputy director of the news director.

Albani Fonden supports MCO MediaTech Festival 2022
