Experienced SaaS-leader joins MediaCatch to lead expansion in the Nordics

MediaCatch is pleased to announce the appointment of Therése Hategan as new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Hategan will lead MediaCatch’s commercial expansion in Norway, Sweden and Denmark with a strategic focus on accelerating the growth of the company’s flagship software-as-a-service platform, TRNDSET, while strengthening the broader MediaCatch portfolio.

Hategan has more than 20 years of experience in sales and management, most recently as Sales Director for the Nordics at Penneo A/S, where she led regional sales teams to significant success. Her widespread experience in both scaling SaaS solutions and driving tailored enterprise sales positions her as an ideal CCO for MediaCatch's next phase of growth.

At MediaCatch, Hategan will combine strategic overview with practical execution in the field, building BDR and lead generating capabilities, and leading the go-to-market efforts for TRNDSET. She will also join MediaCatch's leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the company's future.

Prior to Penneo, Hategan held senior roles at Talent Base Group, Anthill Agency and Meltwater Group, where she led sales operations in the Nordics and EMEA, often transforming new initiatives into market leaders. She previously built successful teams at Meltwater, achieving top-three results globally and exceeding sales targets. She also helped more than 25,000 companies get the most out of Meltwater’s platform.
