FilmFyn invites to preview and director talk on the documentary CHOCOLATE WAR

The premiere is arranged in collaboration with SDU-Center for Journalism and Media City Odense, and takes place at Medietorvet, SDU, Odense.

The film is presented by producer Helle Faber, and is welcomed by FilmFyn's director Klaus Hansen. After the film, there will be talks with director Miki Mistrati and the main characters Terry Collingsworth and Ange Aboa, with journalist Troels Mylenberg as moderator.

About the movie:

Twenty years ago, the world's chocolate giants signed an agreement to abolish illegal child labor - an agreement that is still not fulfilled today.

U.S. human rights lawyer Terry Collingsworth has devoted over two decades to fighting the giants and their army of lawyers. As a one-man army, Collingsworth wants Nestlé and Cargill convicted for what appears to be a systematic exploitation of children in the chocolate industry. Now the case has reached the US Supreme Court. Will he succeed in stopping the giants in the chocolate industry?

The film is produced by Helle Faber from Made in Copenhagen, and was created with support from FilmFyn, as parts of the film's post-production took place on Fyn.
